HFS Parents’ Association
At the heart of the HFS community are the many parents who volunteer their time and energy to make our school an even better place.
Through the HFS Parents’ Association (PA), parents play an active role in enhancing school life — supporting meaningful initiatives, elevating holiday celebrations, and creating opportunities that directly enrich the student experience.
Each year, the PA sets thoughtful priorities focused on student growth and engagement. Last year, their efforts helped bring our new HFS Language Lab to life (launching soon!), and this year, they are proudly supporting the transformation of our school library — a dynamic space designed to inspire creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of reading.
The PA is also a place where friendships grow and school spirit shines. Together, our parent volunteers bring warmth, creativity, and dedication to every initiative, truly embodying what it means to be part of the HFS family.
The co-presidents of the 2025–2026 school year are Lesley Kavanat Rubin and Heather Solloway Saks.
Parents are invited to share their ideas and suggestions at parentassociation@hfs.qc.ca.
